Vigo County Jail Log: April 24, 2014

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Wednesday and Thursday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Wednesday

David L. Peters, 46, 2000 block of North 24th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 6:18 p.m. Failure to appear.

Thomas O. Floyd, 47, 5900 block of North Private Road 240 East, Brazil. Booked 8:08 p.m. Failure to appear.

Deadra D. Fulwider, 19, 900 block of West Allison Drive, West Terre Haute. Booked 11:18 p.m. Minor consuming.

Devin S. Bailey, 28, 10 block of Home Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 11:32 p.m. Failure to appear.

Erika N. Lawrence, 25, 900 block of West Allison Drive, West Terre Haute. Booked 11:54 p.m. Battery.

Thursday

Chad R. Deal, 31, 100 block of North Cass Washington Street, Sullivan. Booked 1:44 a.m. Domestic battery and public intoxication.

Anthony M. Jackson, 27, 500 block of South Washington Street, Jasonville. Booked 2:39 a.m. Possession of marijuana/hash and possession of controlled substance.

Michael E. Hoke, 39, 2300 block of Third Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 3 a.m. Public intoxication and possession of paraphernalia.

Taiwan D. Richards, 38, 1500 block of Chase Street, Terre Haute. Booked 6:16 a.m. Failure to appear.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
