Michael W. Lindsay, 50, 2700 block of Putnam Street, Terre Haute. Booked 12:38 p.m. Failure to appear.

Jody A. Cliver, 37, 500 block of South Main Street, Clinton. Booked 1:05 p.m. Criminal trespassing.

Lindsay K. Garvin, 30, 2200 block of Grant Street, Terre Haute. Booked 1:43 p.m. Invasion of privacy.

Christopher Hutchins, 19, 600 block of South Seventh Street, Terre Haute. Booked 4:19 p.m. Aggravated battery and failure to appear.

Nicholas B. House, 29, 1200 block of Worcester Way, Greenfield. Booked 4:42 p.m. Receiving stolen property.

Jordan C. Garretson, 21, 700 block of East Lovers Lane Road, Peru. Booked 5:23 p.m. Criminal conversion.

James D. Pearson, 46, 8300 block of East Old Maple Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 5:55 p.m. Court order.

Samuel L. Long, 47, 1600 block of South 18th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 11:21 p.m. Driving while suspended.


Sean D. Griffin, 44, 4600 block of North Fruitridge Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 12:02 a.m. Possession of methamphetamine and resisting law enforcement.

Justin A. Coyle, 20, 2400 block of Garfield Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 1:35 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

William G. Wright, 22, 2400 block of Locust Street, Terre Haute. Booked 2:53 a.m. Failure to appear.
