Vigo County Jail Log: Feb. 12, 2014

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Tuesday and Wednesday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Tuesday

Terry Kirby, 58, address unavailable. Booked 7:04 a.m. Court order.

Brian A. Hollingsworth, 25, 100 block of South First Street, Terre Haute. Booked 1:50 p.m. Bond revocation.

Kimberly Thomas, 34, 1900 block of Fourth Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 2:21 p.m. Failure to appear.

Zachary A. Moore, 25, 2100 block of Kester Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 2:47 p.m. Probation violation.

Khaleeq D. Williams, 22, 3900 block of Planewood Drive, Indianapolis. Booked 5:07 p.m. Failure to appear.

Bwana M. Clements, 19, 1100 block of Sedgehill Lane, Indianapolis. Booked 5:12 p.m. Failure to appear and bond revocation.

Kenneth A. Austin, 65, 7800 block of North County Road 650, Brazil. Booked 5:29 p.m. Corrupt business influence, money laundering and gambling.

Payton D. Reinoehl, 20, 9700 block of East Indiana 42, Terre Haute. Booked 5:54 p.m. Dealing controlled substance, possession of controlled substance, dealing marijuana/hash, possession of marijuana and maintaining a common nuisance.

Antonio D. Thomas, 35, 2100 block of Beech Street, Terre Haute. Booked 5:55 p.m. Invasion of privacy.

David W. Pegg II, 33, 2400 block of Locust Street, Terre Haute. Booked 6:18 p.m. Failure to appear (two counts).

Kimberly A. Thomas, 34, 1900 block of Fourth Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 6:38 p.m. Disorderly conduct.

Wednesday

Amanda J. Moody, 36, 600 block of East Columbus Street, Staunton. Booked 12:07 a.m. Probation violation (three counts).

Donald W. Caldwell, 45, 4000 block of East Melton Avenue, Crawfordsville. Booked 1:34 a.m. False reporting/informing and theft.

Heather Baldwin, 28, 2100 block of North 23rd Street, Terre Haute. Booked 1:56 a.m. Failure to appear and probation violation.

Kenneth F. Baldwin III, 24, 1800 block of Blaine Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 2:02 a.m. Probation violation and escape.

Manuel D. Akers, 50, 1100 block of North Seventh, Clinton. Booked 2:29 a.m. Court order (two counts).

Michael E. Hambright, 26, 100 block of Hawthorne Street, Dana. Booked 2:40 a.m. Operating while intoxicated and driving while suspended.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
