Vigo County Jail Log: Feb. 4, 2014

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Monday and Tuesday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.


Daina Zucca, 34, 7100 block of North 32nd Street, Terre Haute. Booked 12:54 p.m. Precursor violations and maintaining a common nuisance.

Dustin L. Petrosky, 31, 2200 block of North Tabortown Road, Terre Haute. Booked 2:53 p.m. Habitual traffic violator.

Raymond Scharfenberger, 48, 500 block of Osborne Street, Terre Haute. Booked 5:18 p.m. Bond revocation.

Mason S. Crockett, 21, 9400 block of South U.S. 41, Terre Haute. Booked 5:46 p.m. Bond revocation.

Crystal L. Whitehead, 32, 400 block of North Chamberlain Street, Terre Haute. Booked 6:40 p.m. Criminal conversion and bond revocation.

Robert A. Bunner, 19, 200 block of Gilbert Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 7:32 p.m. Driver never licensed.

Eddie J. Walton, 54, 600 block of Cherry Street, Terre Haute. Booked 10:13 p.m. Public intoxication.

Christopher Cronkhite, 27, 9400 block of S. U.S. 41, Terre Haute. Booked 10:38 p.m. Intimidation, police battery, battery, resisting law enforcement, public intoxication, disorderly conduct and criminal mischief.


Jerry J. Johnson, 50, 6500 block of North Robertson Street, Terre Haute. Booked 1:03 a.m. Possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and possession of cocaine or narcotic.

Candy L. Story, 44, 200 block of North Ninth Street, West Terre Haute. Booked 1:05 a.m. Possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia.

Raymond T. Rigsby, 35, 300 block of West Johnson Avenue, West Terre Haute. Booked 1:56 a.m. Criminal mischief (three counts) and failure to appear.

Stacey A. Jeffers, 37, 7600 block of East Vermont Drive, Terre Haute. Booked 2:24 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Courtney M. Dailey, 22, 2500 block of East Woodsmall Drive, Terre Haute. Booked 3:28 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
