Vigo County Jail Log: April 30, 2014

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Tuesday and Wednesday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.


April Prickett, 27, 300 block of South Fourth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 1:12 p.m. Theft.

Gina Paradis, 28, 200 block of Blakely Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 2:24 p.m. Failure to appear.

Ashley N. Lynch, 21, Linton. Booked 2:52 p.m. Failure to appear (two counts).

Charles Hancock, 40, 7100 block of East Old Maple Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 3:49 p.m. Court order.

Elijah R. Hupp, 21, 2300 block of Second Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 4:11 p.m. Court order.

Larry S. Myers, 42, 1500 block of West Kyger Street, Frankfort. Booked 5:16 p.m. Failure to appear.

Timothy J. Barton, 41, 900 block of West Allison Drive, West Terre Haute. Booked 6:36 p.m. Disorderly conduct, criminal mischief and resisting law enforcement.

Tommie L. Shields, 21, 700 block of South Fourt Street, Terre Haute. Booked 6:40 p.m. Battery, possession of marijuana/hash and criminal conversion.

Anthony D. McGill, 40, 18000 block of South Rangeline Road, Clinton. Booked 8:56 p.m. Criminal recklessness and operating while intoxicated.

Jack R. Booker, 53, 200 block of West Madison Street, Kirklin. Booked 9:55 p.m. Theft.

Morgan L. Roush, 31, 200 block of West Madison Street, Kirklin. Booked 10:04 p.m. Theft.

Richard L. Tarrh, 22, 1500 block of North Fourth Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 11:02 p.m. False reporting/informing, possession of marijuana/hash, altering identification number and failure to appear.


Jeffery L. Hickman, 31, 3800 block of College Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 1:11 a.m. Criminal conversion.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
