Vigo County Jail Log: April 16, 2014

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Tuesday and Wednesday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Tuesday

Roger Oilar, 58, 1200 block of South 29th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 7:39 a.m. Residential entry and public intoxication.

Tommy D. Wright II, 26, 2100 block of North Elm Street, Terre Haute. Booked 8:46 a.m. Battery by body waste.

Patrick S. Huff, 22, 600 block of West Jackson Street, Brazil. Booked 9:06 a.m. Court order.

Jay R. Church, 34, 2000 block of Wabash Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 10:14 a.m. Probation violation.

Thomas L. Miller, 42, 7900 block of South Larkins Street, Rosedale. Booked 10:17 a.m. Court order.

Joshua R. Begley, 20, 10500 block of South County Road 550 West, Lewis. Booked 11:37 a.m. Failure to appear.

Morshown Duckworth, 29, 1200 block of Garden Drive, Danville, Ill. Booked 12:27 p.m. Criminal trespassing.

Bradley A. Sharp, 47, 1200 block of Dreiser Square, Terre Haute. Booked 1:52 p.m. Failure to appear.

Kristen L. Tarwater, 32, 2700 block of South Durkees Ferry Road, New Goshen. Booked 4:42 p.m. Failure to appear (two counts).

Trey M. Sebring, 27, 600 block of Grant Street, Terre Haute. Booked 5:02 p.m. Theft.

Kyle S. Suggs, 19, 1900 block of Fifth Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 6:21 p.m. Bond revocation.

Perry L. Sandifer, 26, 1500 block of Fifth Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 6:26 p.m. Failure to appear.

Amber D. Jones, 31, 2700 block of South First, Terre Haute. Booked 6:56 p.m. Criminal conversion.

Wednesday

Christopher A. Carson, 28, 2200 block of Cleveland Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 12:12 a.m. Possession of marijuana/hash.

Shawnee D. Spillers, 50, 1800 block of North Eighth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 2:37 a.m. Failure to appear.

Dana J. Oilar, 36, 1400 block of Elm Street, Terre Haute. Booked 4 a.m. Public intoxication, possession of paraphernalia, refusal to identify self and failure to appear.

Dina K. Shepherd, 44, 2300 block of South Center Street, Terre Haute. Booked 5:23 a.m. Operating while intoxicated, possession of marijuana/hash and possession of paraphernalia.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
