Vigo County Jail Log: March 4, 2014

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Monday and Tuesday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Monday

Michelle A. Williams, 44, 8300 block fof East Hayne Road, Terre Haute. Booked 11:16 a.m. Bond revocation (three counts).

Jeremy D. Baker, 20, 1200 block of West 91st Street, Chicago, Ill. Booked 11:52 a.m. Theft.

Charlie E. Howell, 44, 900 block of North Bennett Place, West Terre Haute. Booked 12:33 p.m. Resisting law enforcement and possession of marijuana/hash.

Cedric A. Craig, 28, 9300 block of North Notre Dame Drive, Indianapolis. Booked 6:08 p.m. Failure to appear and court order.

Larry W. Jeffrey, 18, 1100 block of South Seventh, Terre Haute. Booked 7:01 p.m. Criminal conversion.

Tuesday

Daniel F. Smith, 50, 2700 block of Dimmick Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 12:26 a.m. Possession of methamphetamine and failure to appear (two counts).

Nathan G. Reedy, 28, 2900 block of Fort Harrison Road, Terre Haute. Booked 3:51 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
