• Jim E. Collins, 46, 6400 block of Cox Road, Terre Haute. Booked 1:02 p.m. manufacturing methamphetamine, precursor violation, dumping controlled waste and possession of methamphetamine.

• James N. Smith, 28, 500 block of 431⁄2 Drive, Terre Haute. Booked 1:19 p.m. Burglary, false reporting, failure to appear and possession of marijuana.

• Anissa L. Collins, 39, 6400 block of Cox Road, Terre Haute. Booked 1:37 p.m. Manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of chemical reagents, dumping controlled waste and possession of methamphetamine.

• Cheryl Neilbarger, 54, 4400 block of South Longyear Place, Terre Haute. Booked 2:35 p.m. Theft.

• Maurice F. Wren, 59, 4000 block of Old U.S. 40, West Terre Haute. Booked 5:50 p.m. Court order.

• Jalon A. Shaffer, 18, 300 block of Liberty Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 5:59 p.m. Criminal conversion.

• Anthony R. Elledge, 39, 1200 block of Ten Broeck, Paris, Ill. Booked 9:46 p.m. Leaving scene of property damage accident.

• Katherine D. Sharkey, 36, 1400 block of South 18th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 10:20 p.m. Failure to appear, criminal conversion and possession of controlled substance.

• Megan E. Henderson, 19, 1400 block of South 18th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 10:26 p.m. Criminal conversion.

• Leslie R. Vaughn, 27, 2100 block of North Locust Street, Terre Haute. Booked 12:40 a.m. Driver never licensed.

• Benjamin L. Jones, 24, 700 South 17th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 2:47 a.m. Public intoxication.

• Joe L. Clark Jr., 29, 1400 block of South Fourth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 10:55 a.m. Criminal conversion.

• Ernest L. Hoopingarner, 40, 900 block of Eighth Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 12:12 p.m. Battery, failure to appear.

• Rusty J. Nance, 30, 400 West Ohio Street, Brazil. Booked 1:52 p.m. Residential entry, criminal trespass and harassment.

• Joseph W. Hoopingarner, 18, 2500 block of South Center Street, Terre Haute. Booked 4:09 a.m. Theft and unauthorized entry.

• Marissa E. Brown, 22, 200 block of South Ninth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 4:40 a.m. Driving while intoxicated.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
