Vigo County Jail Log: Feb. 14, 2014

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Thursday and Friday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.


Andrew K. Heyen, 49, 4000 block of North Arms Place, West Terre Haute. Booked 10:40 a.m. Dealing methamphetamine, maintaining a common nuisance and dumping controlled substance.

Douglas L. Allsup Sr., 38, 300 block of South Vine Street, Brazil. Booked 11:56 a.m. Court order.

Bryan S. Roberts, 22, 2500 block of McIlroy Avenue, West Terre Haute. Booked 12:32 p.m. Failure to appear.

Christian M. Spires, 22, 400 block of West Washington Street, Clinton. Booked 12:58 p.m. Dealing marijuana/hash (two counts), possession of marijuana/hash, possession of cocaine or narcotic, possession of controlled substance and maintaining a common nuisance.

Landon T. Rhoades, 32, 15200 block of South McHugh, Terre Haute. Booked 2:02 p.m. Visiting a common nuisance.

Thor J. Strange, 27, 1100 block of Lafayette Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 2:11 p.m. Dealing marijuana/hash and maintaining a common nuisance.

Lissa Strange, 43, 1800 block of Garfield Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 2:12 p.m. Visiting a common nuisance.

Shelby J. Sullivan, 20, 1900 block of North 10th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 2:26 p.m. Visiting a common nuisance.

William R. Smith, 20, 400 block of North 21st Street, Terre Haute. Booked 3:56 p.m. Failure to appear.

Jason K. Adams, 25, 10 block of South 15th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 5:21 p.m. Driving while suspended, failure to appear and possession of marijuana/hash.

Frank D. Porter, 38, 2300 block of North 28th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 7:26 p.m. Failure to appear (two counts).

Dominique J. Wilson, 21, 200 block of Crawford Street, Terre Haute. Booked 8:06 p.m. Dealing marijuana/hash and maintaining a common nuisance.

Dominique A. Johnson, 22, 1700 block of North 16th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 8:11 p.m. Dealing marijuana/hash and maintaining a common nuisance.

Ashley C. Tandy, 22, 1700 block of North 16th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 9:28 p.m. Dealing marijuana/hash, possession of controlled substance and maintaining a common nuisance.

Dior J. Johnson, 21, 600 block of North Sixth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 9:39 p.m. Visiting a common nuisance.

David M. Crouch, 38, 1800 block of North 24th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 10:46 p.m. Domestic battery and interference with a crime report.

Tonya L. Manning, 31, 1200 block of Ash Street, Terre Haute. Booked 11:04 p.m. Operating while intoxicated, driving while suspended and obstructing traffic.

Steven M. Rudai, 34, 2200 block of Putnam Street, Terre Haute. Booked 11:27 p.m. Domestic battery.

Amanda P. Coffman, 27, 1000 block of West Monroe Street, Shelburn. Booked 11:49 p.m. Operating while intoxicated and driving while suspended.
