Vigo County Jail Log: Feb. 10, 2014

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.


Martin L. Mundell, 33, 3200 block of Old Paris Road, West Terre Haute. Booked 11:51 a.m. Probation violation.

John Thompson, 26, 2600 block of South 19th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 12:09 p.m. Domestic battery and failure to appear.

Miya C. Rivera, 41, 1300 block of South 21st Street, Terre Haute. Booked 12:36 p.m. Court order.

Brandy R. McCullough, 26, 2900 block of North 15th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 7:07 p.m. Forgery, driving while suspended and possession of controlled substance.

Michael A. Morson, 23, 800 block of East Prospect Boulevard, Terre Haute. Booked 8:47 p.m. Possession of marijuana/hash.

Hugh M. Griffith, 24, 2800 block of Professional Lane, Terre Haute. Booked 9:39 p.m. Possession of marijuana/hash, resisting law enforcement and operating while intoxicated.

Robert E. Davenport, 45, 400 block of Belmar Avenue, Indianapolis. Booked 9:59 p.m. Resisting law enforcement (two counts).


James D. Auberry, 24, 200 block of North Depot Street, Brazil. Booked 12:27 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Aaron C. Killebrew, 19, Rhoads Hall, Indiana State University, Terre Haute. Booked 2:28 a.m. Minor consuming.

Bradley W. Kirkman, 19, 200 block of South Third Street, West Terre Haute. Booked 2:35 a.m. Burglary (two counts), theft (two counts), criminal trespassing and criminal mischief.

Max L. Bracken, 59, 2600 block of Fenwood Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 2:45 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Adam Yargus, 21, 100 block of Aspen Street, Marshall, Ill. Booked 3:24 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Andrew J. McAllister, 23, 700 block of North Eighth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 4:23 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Jordan L. Nave, 10 block of Willow Lane, Terre Haute. Booked 4:43 a.m. Criminal recklessness, intimidation, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and public intoxication.

Everal M. Kinsel, 28, 1000 block of South Seventh Street, Terre Haute. Booked 6:20 a.m. Domestic battery.

Spencer D. Barrett, 22, 3300 block of West Indiana 46, Cory. Booked 7:58 a.m. Robbery.

David L. Barth Jr., 41, 1000 block of North 10th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 8:26 a.m. Failure to appear.

Evan D. Wilford, 27, 800 block of South 32nd Street, Terre Haute. Booked 12:42 p.m. Domestic battery.

Robert A. Coleman, 30, 2400 block of North 26th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 8:13 p.m. Failure to appear (two counts).

Paul E. Wilson, 32, 4800 block of Wasbash Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 9:51 p.m. Possession of a firearm by violent felon, resisting law enforcement (two counts), operating while intoxicated (two counts), pointing a firearm, receiving stolen property, driving while suspended, false reporting/informing, home improvement fraud, intimidation and failure to appear.

Carl S. Cottrell, 25, 200 block of North Gilbert Street, Terre Haute. Booked 10:35 p.m. Operating while intoxicated, possession of controled substance and possession of marijuana/hash.
