Vigo County Jail Log: Feb. 5, 2014

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Tuesday and Wednesday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Tuesday

Kyle S. Jackson, 27, 800 block of North 13th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 9:11 a.m. Failure to appear.

Lance A. Toney, 53, 6700 block of West 30th Drive, West Terre Haute. Booked 9:53 a.m. Bond revocation.

Shaughn M. Haring, 42, 700 block of South 18th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 12:30 p.m. Motor vehicle theft and failure to appear.

Don W. Norris Jr., 29, 1300 block of South 20th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 1:22 p.m. Habitual traffic violator and possession of chemical reagents/precursors.

Alex J. Whitman, 26, 900 block of North 13 1/2 Street, Terre Haute. Booked 1:43 p.m. Aggravated battery, serious battery, resisting law enforcement and obstructing justice.

Justin T. Earl, 27, 5000 block of Wilkie Road, Terre Haute. Booked 3:03 p.m. Criminal conversion.

Samuel L. Adkins, 35, 2000 block of North 12th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 3:58 p.m. Disorderly conduct.

Wednesday

Savannah N. Harden, 26, 800 block of South 10th Street, West Terre Haute. Booked 12:07 a.m. Possession of look-alike drug, possession of paraphernalia and driving while suspended (two counts).

Anthony N. Pedigo, 42, 900 block of High Street, Rockville. booked 12:25 a.m. Domestic battery.

Justin S. Greiner, 22, 7400 block of East Troy Court, Terre Haute. Booked 2:35 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
