Vigo County Jail Log: Jan. 30, 2014

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Wednesday and Thursday,  based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.


Willie E. Sebastian, 59, 2300 block of Park Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 9:41 a.m. Court order.

Brittany N. Steadman, 22, 1500 block of Seventh Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 9:50 a.m. Probation violation.

Shane C. Chadwick, 22, 2500 block of North 15th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 10:25 a.m. Criminal conversion.

Vincent O. Dates, 32, Carlisle. Booked 4:08 p.m. Court order (two counts).

Kirk J. Lacomb, 48, 100 block of West Jackson Street, Hymera. Booked 4:13 p.m. Failure to appear and court order.

Joshua J. Kerr, 23, 2000 block of North Second Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 5:01 p.m. Criminal conversion.

Zachary K. Beeler, 26, 700 block of North Sharon Street, Terre Haute. Booked 5:06 p.m. Failure to appear (three counts).

Crystal M. Thompson, 31, 1600 block of First Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 7:49 p.m. Probation violation.

Graham Stephen Arnold, 23, 2600 block of Farrington Street, Terre Haute. Booked 11:37 p.m. Domestic battery and intimidation.


Brett R. Milner, 31, 1100 block of Fourth Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 12:07 a.m. Failure to appear.

Tyler J. Gambill, 42, Terre Haute. Booked 4:09 a.m. Public intoxication and criminal trespassing.

Under the law,  criminal charges are merely accusations,  and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
