TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Brandon L. Bennett, 20, Terre Haute. Booked 2:52 a.m. Bond revocation.

Kimberly S. Payton, 44, 3000 block of West First Avenue, Clinton. Booked 9:12 a.m. Probation violation.

Stacey A. Henry, 43, 700 block of Seventh Street, Terre Haute. Booked 2:13 p.m. Failure to appear.


Charles E. Johnson, 48, 2000 block of South Ninth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 11:52 a.m. Failure to appear.

Roudyjoe F. Beasley, 36, 1600 block of North 27th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 11:52 a.m. Court order (two counts).

Brandy Wilson, 31, 2400 block of North 13th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 12:13 p.m. Operating while intoxicated and leaving the scene of an accident.

Tina L. Jones, 45, 2100 block of Dillman Street, Terre Haute. Booked 12:26 p.m. Domestic battery.

Howard J. Moody, 32, 1700 block of South 26th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 12:34 p.m. Failure to appear (two counts).

Robert Sherwood, 39, 2300 block of Grand Road, Terre Haute. Booked 12:34 p.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Jacob A. Barton, 25, 1400 block of South Center Street, Terre Haute. Booked 12:57 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.
