Vigo County Jail Log: June 6, 2014

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Thursday and Friday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Thursday

Morgan G. Colbert, 24, 4600 block of Woodshire Drive, Terre Haute. Booked 9:42 a.m. Bond revocation.

Shawn L. McBride, 28, 1500 block of First Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 3:35 p.m. Driving while suspended and leaving the scene of a property damage accident.

Donald R. Orman, 27, 2300 block of West Woodland Avenue, West Terre Haute. Booked 3:57 p.m. Habitual traffic violator.

Kimberly A. Cheesman, 24, 1400 block of South 11 1/2 Street, Terre Haute. Booked 4:29 p.m. Failure to appear.

Brittnay Glenn, 28, 7300 block of West County Road 750 South, Reelsville. Booked 4:33 p.m. Burglary, possession of methamphetamine, receiving stolen property and possession of marijuana/hash.

Curtis W. Gillie, 31, 3300 block of Old Paris Road, West Terre Haute. Booked 6:02 p.m. Invasion of privacy.

Daniel S. Brown, 38, 3900 block of Florence Court, Terre Haute. Booked 6:03 p.m. Burglary, possession of methamphetamine, receiving stolen property and possession of marijuana/hash.

Steven E. Beddow, 28, 3700 block of Beulah Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 7 p.m. Residential entry, resisting law enforcement and possession of marijuana/hash.

Robert M. Agan, 56, 10 block of South 14th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 10:23 p.m. Failure to appear.

Timothy F. Watkins, 43, 1300 block of West Rigney Drive, Terre Haute. Booked 10:51 p.m. Residential entry and criminal mischief.

Friday

John P. Sandfort, 50, 2300 block of Fifth Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 1:27 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Austin B. Stewart, 19, 100 block of East North Street, Rossville. Booked 6:42 a.m. Minor consuming.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
