Vigo County Jail Log: June 4, 2014

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Tuesday and Wednesday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.


Anthony J. Sims, 27, 1800 block of Blaine Street, Terre Haute. Booked 2:29 p.m. Court order.

Larry Frazier, 53, 11000 block of North Baldwin Street, Rosedale. Booked 2:29 p.m. Probation violation.

Paul B. Sammann, 51, 2000 block of Crawford Street, Terre Haute. Booked 3:03 p.m. Domestic battery.

Jason J. Wilt, 20, 2200 block of Second Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 3:20 p.m. Possession of marijuana/hash.

Larry W. Urbain, 45, 400 block of North 14th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 4:04 p.m. Intimidation, public intoxication and disorderly conduct.

David M. Cunningham, 47, 8000 block of Arrowwood Court, Terre Haute. Booked 4:44 p.m. Precursor violations (two counts).

Roger A. Greathouse, 62, 1800 block of Greathouse Road, New Harmony. Booked 6:18 p.m. Corrupt business influence (two counts), theft and timber spiking.

Joseph Rollings, 26, 300 block of West Garfield Street, Paris, Ill. Booked 6:40 p.m. Battery.

Dustin McCarty, 33, 10 block of Gilbert Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 8:41 p.m. Battery by body waste, failure to appear and resisting law enforcement.

John A. Reed, 49, 4400 block of North 25th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 8:41 p.m. Operating while intoxicated.


Isaiah Brown, 21, 2100 block of Cleveland Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 1:18 a.m. Failure to appear.

Terrence D. McElroy, 27, 600 block of South Center Street, Terre Haute. Booked 2:49 a.m. False reporting/informing.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
