Vigo County Jail Log: May 29, 2014

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Wednesday and Thursday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.


Daniel A. Brown, 28, 2900 block of Maple Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 8:59 a.m. Failure to appear.

William A. Carter III, 29, 800 block of South Bintmore Avenue, Indianapolis. Booked 8:59 a.m. Probation violation.

Tommie H. Lee Jr., 36, 800 block of South Fourth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 9:32 a.m. Probation violation, dealing marijuana/hash, possession of marijuana/hash, maintaining a common nuisance and receiving stolen property.

Jonathan E. Sivley, 22, 10 block of South 13th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 1:20 p.m. Burglary.

Samuel Koester, 41, 1700 block of North 23rd Street, Terre Haute. Booked 2:48 p.m. Possession of methamphetamine.

Terry W. Buchanan, 29, 2900 block of Thompson, Terre Haute. Booked 3:23 p.m. Invasion of privacy.

Brandon L. Haskett, 23, 1600 block of Third Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 4:37 p.m. Domestic battery.

Justine K. Johnston, 24, 3400 block of East Birch Grove Street, Terre Haute. Booked 6:20 p.m. Failure to appear.

Kimberly P. Stevens, 22, 1900 block of Third Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 7:38 p.m. Disorderly conduct.

Joshua W. Henry, 26, 1900 block of Third Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 10:25 p.m. Invasion of privacy.

Thomas Beauchman, 20, 1800 block of North 11th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 11:39 p.m. Probation violation.


Taylor A. Rogers, 18, 300 block of West Raiseville Street, Sullivan. Booked 12:12 a.m. Possession of paraphernalia.

Kirk N. Rowe, 26, 200 block of South Seventh Street, West Terre Haute. Booked 3:26 a.m. Failure to appear and possession of methamphetamine.

Samantha D. Archer, 23, 10200 block of South Israel Road, Terre Haute. Booked 4:06 a.m. Failure to appear.

Ian P. McKeigue, 23, 3300 block of East Hollywood Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 5:10 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Elora L. Long, 24, 2200 block of East Haythorne Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 6:49 a.m. Failure to appear.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
