Three Vermillion County residents were arrested Sunday on several drug-related charges, including manufacturing methamphetamine.
Deputies with the Vermillion County Sheriff’s Department arrested Kenny Pearman, 58, William Collins, 57, and Michelle Miller, 36, for possession of methamphetamine, manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of precursors and maintaining a common nuisance.
All three are being held in the Vermillion County Jail with no bond, according to a sheriff’s department news release.
At 9:30 p.m. Sunday, deputies went to a resident in the 2800 block of West Third Avenue in St. Bernice to serve an arrest warrant on Pearman.
While speaking with Collins at the front door, officers saw several drug paraphernalia items lying on a coffee table. Collins, Pearman and Miller all were taken into custody.
Officers obtained a consent to search the residence, were they found several one-pot methamphetamine labs, about 4 grams of methamphetamine and a small amount of marijuana.
The Indiana State Police Lab Team was called to the residence and spent several hours processing the scene and cleaning up the hazardous material.
