Vigo County Jail Log: June 19, 2014

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Wednesday and Thursday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Wednesday

Christopher R. Noble, 26, 2300 block of West Second Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 8:39 a.m. Probation violation.

Katherine Y. Davis, 22, 1600 block of Second Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 11:54 a.m. Domestic battery and criminal mischief.

John H. Fuson Jr., 66, 10 block of South Jeane Street, Terre Haute. Booked 12:27 p.m. Bond revocation.

Leslie R. Vaughn, 27, 1300 block of North Fourth Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 1:34 p.m. Domestic battery.

Richard D. Taft, 29, 4000 block of South County Road 250 East, Sullivan. Booked 2:37 p.m. Theft and possession of firearm by violent felon.

Daniel Duran, 29, 8600 block of East Wabash Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 3:19 p.m. Dealing methamphetamine and visiting a common nuisance.

Michelle M. Richey, 46, 3400 block of South St. Marys Road, West Terre Haute. Booked 3:50 p.m. Possession of controlled substance and maintaining a common nuisance.

Julia M. Seprodi, 48, 1900 block of South 18th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 5:06 p.m. Failure to appear.

Damon J. Miller, 37, 7800 block of Rosedale Road, Terre Haute. Booked 5:08 p.m. Probation violation and nonsupport of a dependent.

Kathleen S. Atelski, 53, 5500 block of North County Road 300 West, Brazil. Booked 6:45 p.m. Habitual traffic violator.

Chastity J. Akers, 36, 500 block of South Eighth Street, West Terre Haute. Booked 9:08 p.m. Failure to appear.

Justin W. Morlan, 27, 4500 block of North 25th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 9:39 p.m. Possession of methamphetamine.

Thursday

James M. Pifer, 24, 16200 block of South Indiana 63, Prairie Creek. Booked 1:29 a.m. Possession of marijuana/hash.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
