Vigo County Jail Log: May 8, 2014

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Monday

Justin R. Hostetler, 33, 23300 block of Laurel Hill Drive, Maryland, Calif. Booked 10:47 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Carlton Anderson, 49, 2300 block of South Tippecanoe Street, Terre Haute. Booked 11:59 a.m. Operating while intoxicated (three counts) and driving while suspended.

Justin R. Budde, 22, 900 block of North Eighth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 12:11 p.m. Aggravated battery, serious battery and theft.

Craig L. Black, 43, 5000 block of Clarkson Drive, Indianapolis. Booked 2:13 p.m. Probation violation.

Bradley D. Head, 34, Terre Haute. Booked 2:19 p.m. Failure to appear.

Donald R. Wycoff III, 24, 1100 block of Eighth Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 6:05 p.m. Court order.

Shane Baggs, 41, 1500 block of South Sixth, Clinton. Booked 10:20 p.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Tuesday

Chad Mullenix, 35, 4100 block of West U.S. 40, West Terre Haute. Booked 12:10 a.m. Robbery.

Rachel M. Ellinger, 34, 2300 block of South Dillman Street, Terre Haute. Booked 12:59 a.m. Neglect of a dependent, public intoxication, resisting law enforcement and disorderly conduct.

Troy L. Cesinger, 45, 9500 block of East Margaret Drive, Terre Haute. Booked 1:28 a.m. Failure to appear.

Jay Northrup, 58, no address available. Booked 3:06 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Octaviano Mil, 33, 1300 block of Riley Boulevard, Greenwood. Booked 4:24 a.m. Driver never licensed and leaving the scene of an accident.

William D. Wyatt, 25, Terre Haute. Booked 8:33 a.m. Criminal trespassing.

Richard E. Gaskin, 33, 100 block of South Hidden Valley Road, Dover, Tenn. Booked 8:37 a.m. Bond revocation, failure to appear and escape.

April Willis, 35, 900 block of West Allison Drive, West Terre Haute. Booked 12:10 p.m. Failure to appear.

Amanda M. Robertson, 28, 3800 block of East Ladika Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 2:39 p.m. Failure to appear (three counts), forgery and probation violation.

Amanda N. Asbury, 25, 10 block of Southshore Drive, Paris, Ill. Booked 4:34 p.m. Failure to appear.

Anthony D. McGill, 40, 18000 block of South Rangeline Road, Clinton. Booked 8:25 p.m. Battery.

Don M. Bennett, 29, 1600 block of Florida Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 9:08 p.m. Possession of a firearm by a violent felon, carrying a handgun without a permit, possession of a weapon with an altered identification and parole violation.

Cody E. Keith, 26, 3700 block of North Arms Place, West Terre Haute. Booked 10:35 p.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Heath Ray, 19, 700 block of South Fifth Street, Marshall, Ill. Booked 11:02 p.m. Possession of methamphetamine.
