Vigo County Jail Log: April 21, 2014

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Thursday

Timothy Rudisel, 53, 1300 block of First Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 3:25 p.m. Possession of methamphetamine and maintaining a common nuisance.

Glenda S. Rudisel, 51, 2500 block of North 14 1/2 Street, Terre Haute. Booked 3:42 p.m. Manufacture methamphetamine, possession of chemical reagents/precursors and visiting a common nuisance.

Zachary M. Booker, 18, 1400 block of Lee Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 4:51 p.m. Failure to appear.

Tyler M. Burns, 23, 1800 block of West County Road 700 North, Brazil. Booked 5:43 p.m. Criminal conversion.

Matthew B. Pugh, 21, 9700 block of South Murphy Road, Brazil. Booked 5:45 p.m. Criminal conversion.

Mohammed A. Alrashed, 21, 4700 block of Cook Road, West Terre Haute. Booked 7:50 p.m. Driver never licensed.

Ronald M. Carson, 43, 2000 block of Fourth Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 10:29 p.m. Invasion of privacy.

Dustin D. Olinger, 19, 4000 block of Old Paris Road, West Terre Haute. Booked 10:52 p.m. Resisting law enforcement and minor in possession.

Ronald D. Hayne, 29, 2300 block of North Third Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 12:01 a.m. Parole violation.

Jason R. Harper, 32, 200 block of Wheeler Street. Booked 1:18 a.m. Strangulation and domestic battery.

William A. Eggers, 23, 2100 block of East Eaton Drive, Terre Haute. Booked 6:20 a.m. Domestic battery and interference with a crime report.

Samantha J. Quinn, 31, 1200 block of North Sixth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 10:28 a.m. Failure to appear.

Dustin L. Petrosky, 31, 2200 block of North Tabortown Road, Terre Haute. Booked 10:48 a.m. Habitual traffic violator and resisting law enforcement.

Tekinkal Abraha, 22, 2300 block of Cleveland Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 11:35 a.m. Leaving the scene of a property damage accident.

Tyson R. Cargal, 33, 2800 block of Harrison, Terre Haute. Booked 3:29 p.m. Criminal conversion.

Robert Z. Thornton, 22, Terre Haute. Booked 4:45 p.m. Failure to appear, possession of marijuana/hash and possession of paraphernalia.

Robert W. Wyrick, 24, 1500 block of U.S. 150, West Terre Haute. Booked 5:57 p.m. Court order.

Lloyd E. Thomas, 56, 500 block of College Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 6:17 p.m. Failure to appear (two counts) and possession of paraphernalia.

April E. Fugatt, 38, 800 block of Lutz Road, Lima, Ohio. Booked 8:02 p.m. Criminal conversion.

Michael R. Maxwell, 31, 100 block of South 15th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 9:36 p.m. Aggravated battery and domestic battery.

Buddy Ellinger Jr., 39, 1800 block of South Eighth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 9:47 p.m. Probation violation (two counts), failure to appear (two counts) and false reporting/informing.

Paul Harlan, 51, 500 block of South Third Street, Terre Haute. Booked 10:42 p.m. Public intoxication and disorderly conduct.

Michael R. Pollack, 50, 10 block of Gilbert Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 10:53 p.m. Criminal trespassing.

Jennifer Grimaldo, 27, 2000 block of 23 1/2 Drive, Terre Haute. Booked 11:44 p.m. Domestic battery, aggravated battery, residential entry and possession of marijuana/hash.
