“Kindness” exhibition deadline extended

TERRE HAUTE — Arts Illiana has extended the deadline for artists to submit entries in its "What Does Kindness Look Like?" exhibition.

Extreme cold temperatures on delivery days may have prevented artists from turning in their entries, says Arts Illiana staff, so the submission deadline is now Friday, Jan. 31.

Work may be themed to "What Does Kindness Look Like" or the artist’s work of choice. New submissions do not have to be themed to be accepted in this exhibition.

The opening reception is 6 to 9 p.m. Feb. 7.

Entry forms are available on the Arts Illiana website  and in the Arts Illiana office at 23 N. Sixth St.

Hours for drop off are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Call 812-235-5007 if you need to make special arrangements.
