Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Friday

Thomas A. Barnhart, 68, 1600 block of West Ravine Place, West Terre Haute. Booked 8:50 a.m. Intimidation.

Shane C. Brownfield, 27, 1100 block of South Fifth Street, Clinton. Booked 9:56 a.m. Failure to appear.

Michael A. Hay, 48, 600 block of Linden Street, Terre Haute. Booked 10:39 a.m. Tehft and receiving stolen property.

Matthew S. McKillop, 20, 2200 block of North Buckeye Street, Terre Haute. Booked 12:54 p.m. Invasion of privacy.

Cheyann Q. King, 19, 3800 block of North 25th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 12:59 a.m. Invasion of privacy.

Aja M. Hayne, 28, 1100 block of South Eighth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 3:15 p.m. Dealing methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine and maintaining a common nuisance.

Willie L. Nesbit Jr., 33, 3100 block of North 27th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 4:11 p.m. Habitual traffic violator and driver never licensed.

Stephanie M. Dyer, 26, 3800 block of Locust Street, Terre Haute. Booked 5:59 p.m. Court order.

Jamie J. Cottingham, 38, 10 block of South Fifth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 7:26 p.m. Failure to appear and public intoxication.

Savannah N. Harden, 26, 800 block of South 10th Street, West Terre Haute. Booked 7:38 p.m. Possession of methamphetamine, possession of controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia, legend drug violation and failure to appear.

Allen M. Alexander, 19, 2200 block of North Sixth Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 1:01 a.m. Failure to appear.

Justin C. Higginbotham, 26, 3700 block of East Sandalwood Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 3:36 p.m. Operating while intoxicated, resisting law enforcement and reckless driving.

Tammy J. Fields, 54, 300 block of South Fourth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 5:50 a.m. Failure to appear.

Eric D. Shook, 31, 7200 block of Woodcraft Lane, Terre Haute. Booked 7:10 p.m. Possession of marijuana/hash, possession of paraphernalia, theft and possession of methamphetamine.

Jody A. Bush, 45, 4700 block of West County Road 1200 North, Farmersburg. Possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia, possession of marijuana/hash and public intoxication.

Jana S. McKee, 50, 2900 block of Ijams Drive, Terre Haute. Booked 7:52 p.m. Domestic battery.

Steven L. Tryon, 24, 9700 block of Armstrong Place, Terre Haute. Booked 9:27 p.m. Probation violation.

Ontario M. Lowe, 23, 600 block of Seabury Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 10:06 p.m. Dealing cocaine or narcotic and possession of cocaine.

Billy R. Church, 48, 2000 block of Second Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 5:09 p.m. Failure to appear and false reporting/informing.

Johnny G. Oaks, 34, 2900 block of East Park Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 9:34 p.m. Home improvement fraud.

Monday

Cordell M. Wells, 23, 700 block of Third Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 2:17 a.m. Criminal trespassing.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
