Vigo County Jail Log: April 2, 2014

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Tuesday and Wednesday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Tuesday

Larry R. Alder, 31, 2000 block of North 29th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 10:56 a.m. Failure to appear.

Guy A. Switzer, 22, 2800 block of North 6 1/2 Street, Terre Haute. Booked 10:57 a.m. Probation violation.

Morgan E. Pirtle, 20, 2800 block of South Indiana 54, Sullivan. Booked 11:15 a.m. Failure to appear.

Bradley L. Clough, 53, 1500 block of North 30th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 12:06 p.m. Conspiracy, dealing methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine and maintaining a common nuisance.

Lyndee R. Garrett, 33, 2100 block of Winslow Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 12:51 p.m. Failure to appear.

Bradley T. Patton, 47, 5400 block of Penway Street, Indianapolis. Booked 1:28 p.m. Probation violation.

William C. Griffie, 46, 100 block of South Gilbert Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 4:41 p.m. Strangulation and domestic battery.

Robert G. Held, 33, 1500 block of South 11th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 6:03 p.m. Driving while suspended and possession of marijuana/hash.

Anton Strange, 19, Erickson Hall, Terre Haute. Booked 6:56 p.m. False reporting/informing.

Nicholas W. Hamilton, 22, 2300 block of North 27th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 6:57 p.m. Driving while suspended.

John J. Patrick, 32, 900 block of North Preston Place, West Terre Haute. Booked 7:58 p.m. Failure to appear, operating while intoxicated and driving while suspended.   

Darcy J. Amey, 18, 200 block of West Kristlyn Woods, West Terre Haute. Booked 8:55 p.m. Battery.  

Ryan G. Richardson, 39, 400 block of East Margaret Drive, Terre Haute. Booked 11 p.m. Resisting law enforcement.

Wednesday

John Dickson II, 36, 2600 block of Shaw Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 2:41 a.m. Sexual misconduct with a minor and public indecency.  

Timothy R. Blazier, 49, no address available. Booked 3:36 a.m. Criminal confinement.

Rodney D. Woods, 54, 1100 block of South Eighth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 5:52 p.m. Failure to appear.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
