Vigo County Jail Log: Jan. 13, 2014

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

 

Friday

Tammy L. Beasley, 42, no address available, Terre Haute. Booked 10:14 a.m. Failure to appear.

Saturday

Kenrick Martin, 28, 300 block of North 14 1/2 Street, Terre Haute. Booked midnight. Resisting law enforcement, probation violation, escape and theft.

Tevon Howell-Burton, 19, no address available. Booked 2:47 a.m. Minor consuming and public intoxication.

Roger Brickert, 46, 4100 block of South County Road 800 East, Coatsville. Booked 2:58 a.m. Operating while intoxicated and possession of marijuana/hash.

Ricky L. Embry, 19, 100 block of Taproot Lane, Jeffersonville. Booked 3:04 a.m. Failure to appear.

Scott A. Faircloth, 42, no address available. Booked 3:31 a.m. Residential entry, criminal mischief (two counts) and criminal trespassing.

Christopher Hutchins, 19, 600 block of South Seventh, Terre Haute. Booked 4:26 a.m. failure to appear.

Chad D. Carroll, 28, 1400 block of North Locust Street, Terre Haute. Booked 4:44 a.m. Possession of marijuana/hash and possession of paraphernalia.

Jeremy D. Killough, 33, 1900 block of Seabury Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 10:20 a.m. Failure to appear and nonsupport of a child.

Mark A. Wilson, 27, 700 block of South Eighth Street, West Terre Haute. Booked 11:03 a.m. Battery.

Dana S. Laycock, 41, 100 block of North Kingston Place, West Terre Haute. Booked 4:32 p.m. Domestic battery.

Robert G. Matlock, 49, 100 block of North Kingston Place, West Terre Haute. Booked 5 p.m. Domestic battery.

Leslie A. Matherly, 31, 2400 block of Garfield Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 5:57 p.m. Domestic battery.

Tammy J. Fields, 54, 300 block of South Fourth, Terre Haute. Booked 6:01 p.m. Battery, criminal mischief and public intoxication.

Shaun S. Nesbit, 31, 2700 block of Dillman Street, Terre Haute. Booked 7:58 p.m. Criminal conversion.

Ian P. Foxworthy, 23, 2200 block of East Haythorne, Terre Haute. Booked 9:23 p.m. Failure to appear.

James Newburn, 59, 200 block of South Wanda Lake, West Terre Haute. Booked 9:48 p.m. Public intoxication.

August O. Weil, 40, 16900 block of Eagle Street, Lewis. Booked 11:07 p.m. Battery and public intoxication.
