VA Illiana Health Care System rescheduling Monday appointments

A winter storm system threatens to bring significant snow accumulation and extreme low temperatures to central Illinois and western Indiana, beginning Saturday evening and continuing through Sunday.  To help ensure the safety of our veterans, VA Illiana Health Care System staff will contact Veterans with appointments scheduled on Monday, Jan. 6, offering to reschedule these appointments. If Veterans wish to keep their scheduled appointment on Monday, this will be honored. Veterans may be asked to see another provider on that day.

At this time, all VA Illiana Health Care System clinics in Danville plan to remain open on Monday, Jan. 6, including our Community Based Outpatient Clinics located in Peoria, Decatur, Springfield, Mattoon, Ill., and in West Lafayette, Ind.

If you, as a Veteran, have not received a call to reschedule your appointment by 3 p.m. CST on Friday, Jan. 3, you may call (217) 554-4444.

You may also contact us at 217-554-4560 anytime this weekend to cancel/reschedule an appointment.
