Vigo County Jail Log: Dec. 17, 2013

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Monday and Tuesday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.


Bradley L. Stout, 35, 11700 block of West Indiana 48, Jasonville. Booked 9:45 a.m. Probation violation.

Tammy L. Richey, 39, 900 block of South Ninth Street, West Terre Haute. Booked 10:41 a.m. Dealing methamphetamine

Pamela S. Ennen, 52, 800 block of South Seventh Street, Terre Haute. Booked 2:38 p.m. Failure to appear.

Amanda R. Hancock, 21, 1000 block of North Ninth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 3:06 p.m. Resisting law enforcement, possession of controlled substance and probation violation.

Charles Cooper, 28, 100 block of North Pines Drive, Rockville. Booked 6:44 p.m. Battery.

Donald D. Burnett, 25, 100 block of South First Street, Terre Haute. Booked 8:10 p.m. Possession of a firearm by violent felon, invasion of privacy, misdemeanor police battery, resisting law enforcement, disorderly conduct and carrying a handgun without a permit.

Derick J. Anderson, 27, 300 block of North 14th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 10:15 p.m. Intimidation and invasion of privacy.


Kenneth D. Rennier, 24, 15900 block of Indiana 63, Terre Haute. Booked 12:36 a.m. Intimidation and stalking.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
