Lab seeks women with fibromyalgia

TERRE HAUTE — The Exercise and Cardiovascular Research Laboratory at Indiana State University is seeking women with fibromyalgia to participate in a 10-week research project on low-level laser tender point treatment alone or in combination with strength exercise on fibromyalgia symptoms, such as pain and functionality.

People who have diabetes, are pregnant or planning on becoming pregnant, cancer, tattoos over areas of pain, or have exercised at least two times a week for over six months, are not eligible for this study.
