TERRE HAUTE —
Mosaic is conducting a “friend-raising initiative” designed to help grow awareness of the organization’s mission.
“Discover the Possibilities” is a free, one-hour program to share Mosaic’s mission, vision and passion for those being served. The program includes a tour of Mosaic’s services and stories by those who know it well — the people it serves, their families and staff members.
Mosaic is a faith-based, nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to providing a meaningful life in a caring community and giving a voice to the needs of individuals with intellectual disabilities. The mission of Mosaic is: “Embracing God’s call to serve in the world, Mosaic advocates for people with intellectual disabilities and provides opportunities for them to enjoy a full life.”
Anyone can attend a Discover the Possibilities event in the Mosaic office, or schedule one at a place of business or in a home. Those who attend one of the programs will be asked for feedback by the Mosaic community relations manager. Contact Brenda Tryon 812-235-3399 for more information and to make arrangements to attend one of the informative events.
