“Stress: Whatcha Gonna Do When it Comes for You,” is the May Brown Bag program May 15 in the Vigo County Public Library.
The program runs 12:10 to 12:50 p.m. in the Lower Level Meeting Room of the branch at Seventh and Poplar streets.
Marsha Conner, director of administration and education for Mental Health America of Vigo County and Michele Slater, youth director of Mental Health America of Vigo County will discuss the effects of stress and reduction techniques.
