Anniversary Announcement Submission Form

— The Tribune-Star is happy to announce your anniversary. Please complete the following form and submit two weeks before the desired Sunday publication. Information of completed celebrations should be submitted no later than three months after the anniversary date. Anniversaries of 25 years will be used and at five-year increments after that. At 60 years anniversaries may be submitted every year.
Photos may be color. Polaroid prints are discouraged unless of professional quality. Digital photos will be accepted if of a professional quality. Photographs submitted to the Tribune-Star become the property of the newspaper. They will, however, be returned by mail if a stamped, self-addressed envelope is provided.
