TERRE HAUTE — The Vigo County Health Department inspected the following food establishments May 28-31:

Terminal Sports & Spirits, 820 Wabash Ave. (3 Critical, 3 Non-Critical) Skillets and silverware with debris left from the night before; chili in cooler held beyond date to consume; pink debris in soda nozzle cup holder.

Burger King No. 13396, 1160 U.S. 40 (2 Critical, 3 Non-Critical) Coffee stains in handwash sink; pass-through trays accumulated with debris.

Wal-Mart Supercenter No. 4235, 2399 S. Indiana 46 (1Critical, 3 Non-Critical) Found dirty handwash sinks in deli, bakery and produce.

Cracker Barrel Old Country Store No. 156, 429 E. Margaret Drive (1 Critical, 2 Non-Critical) Black debris found on soda fountain nozzles.

Citgo, 743 Lafayette Ave. (1 Critical, 2 Non-Critical) Ice machine chute found with mineral deposits and debris. Iced tea nozzle found unclean.

The Copper Bar, 810 Wabash Ave. (1 Critical, 1 Non-Critical) Debris found on bar soda nozzles and nozzle holders; built up debris found on wait station soda nozzles and inside of ice machine.

West Vigo IGA, 1000 W. National Ave., West Terre Haute (1 Critical, 1 Non-Critical) In deli hot case, found tenderloins, fried chicken, chicken tenders and mixed vegetables at 124 to 130 degrees; should be 135 degrees or higher.

Bethany House, 1402 Locust St. (1 Critical, 1 Non-Critical) Pork, chicken, broth and turkey patties held longer than seven days.

Tee Pee Tavern, 1651 S. 25th St. (1 Non-Critical)

Diner’s Club Café, 300 S. Fifth St. (1 Non-Critical)

Catholic Charities, 1356 Locust St.

Garfield Towers, 2200 Garfield Ave.

Arby’s No. 7082, 2155 Lafayette Ave.

Long John Silver’s, 2039 Lafayette Ave.

Subway, 3206 Wabash Ave.
