Beaten eggs found at 76 degrees — should be 41 degrees or less; debris found on bar nozzle and inside nozzle holder; rice on baking sheet pan found at 98 degrees — should be 135 degrees or above (discarded); observed an employee scoop cooked food out of pan onto plate with bare hands (food discarded); found dirty knives stored with clean knives in bucket, observed roaches in kitchen by wok and stove, mouse feces in fryer cabinet. Voluntarily closed until reinspection May 9.
