TERRE HAUTE — All food/restaurant inspections by the Vigo County Health Department are scored on a critical and noncritical system.

To make the scores easier to comprehend:

A critical item is one that is likely to contribute to food contamination or food-borne illness.

A noncritical item is a violation that is less likely to cause food contamination or an illness but is undesirable in a food establishment.

China Wok, 3247 N. 21st St. (4 Critical, 1 Non-Critical). Using steam table to slowly reheat bourbon chicken; eggrolls, sweet and sour chicken, cooked noodles in walk-in not date marked; knives observed with dried food debris; mold observed on chute in ice machine.

4th Quarter Bar, 2000 Wabash Ave. (2 Critical, 1 Non-Critical). Certified Food Handler expired; three-bay sink set up improperly.
