7th & Elm, 729 N. Seventh St. (3 Critical, 2 Non-Critical) Turkey found at 53 degrees in toppings cooler — should be 41 degrees or less; spray bottles of cooking oil and cleaners not labeled; soda nozzle cup observed with debris.

Fortune China Buffet, 8 Plaza North Shopping Center (2 Critical, 4 Non-Critical) Bottled employee drink found stored in container of diced pork in open top cooler; employee did not sanitize cutting board and knife after washing.

Coffee Cup Family Restaurant, 1512 Lafayette Ave. (1 Critical, 1 Non-Critical) Cooked rice, pasta, diced ham, sausage and eggs found at 52-56 degrees — should be 41 degrees or less.
