The Coffee Grounds, 423 Wabash Ave. (1 Critical, 4 Non-Critical) Coffee bar handwash sink found dirty with debris.

Ruby Tuesday’s, 3451 S. U.S. 41 (1 Critical, 3 Non-Critical) Sauces and condiments in top of cooler in grill area 54 to 57 degrees; should be 41 degrees or less.

Pizza Hut Delivery, 1301 Wabash Ave. (1 Critical, 1 Non-Critical) No sanitizer dispensing in automatic dishwasher.

Qdoba Mexican Grill, 3510 Riverside Plaza Drive (1 Critical) Mold observed on chute in ice machine.

Quickshop Gas Inc., 7890 E. Wabash Ave. (1 Critical) Employee not sanitizing utensils after washing.

J Gumbo’s, 665 Wabash Ave. (1 Critical) Pink debris found inside of ice machine.
