Logan’s Rib-Eye, 100 S. Fruitridge Ave. (2 Critical, 2 Non-Critical) – Found sour cream and shredded cheese by grill at 53 degrees, should be 41 degrees or below; stainless steel baking sheet used for potatoes found with accumulated burnt-on black debris.

500 Express, 1240 Ohio St. (2 Critical, 2 Non-Critical) – In warmer, french fries, sausage pizza, potato cakes, breaded mushrooms, macaroni bites and cheese sticks found at 105-122 degrees, should be 135 degrees or above; observed accumulated pink debris on inside of ice machine.

Riley American Legion Post #0328, P.O. Box 31, Riley, (2 Critical, 0 Non-Critical) – In walk in cooler pigs-in-a-blanket not marked with date of consumption; found a glob of slimy pink and black debris on ice from ice machine, and accumulated debris on pizza oven rack behind bar.
