McDonald’s, 2111 Lafayette Ave., (6 Critical, 3 Non-Critical) – Raw eggs and Swiss cheese in cooler found at 48-71 degrees, should be 41 degrees or below; observed condensation in freezer dripping on boxes of food; found black debris on soda fountain nozzles and ice chutes in lobby and drive-through, black debris inside of ice machine; several dirty utensils and containers found throughout kitchen; wire racks in food warmer found with accumulated grease; observed empty boxes in front of handwash sink.
Rally’s No. 200, 129 S. Third St., (2 Critical, 4 Non-Critical) – Yellow gelatinous debris on chute inside of ice machine; spray bottles of cleaners not labeled.
Outback Steakhouse, 3700 S. U.S. 41, (2 Critical, 3 Non-Critical) – Prime rib knife in rack observed with dried food juices, baked potato pans observed with accumulated food debris; grease observed in handwash sink at front line, brown beverage stains observed in handwash sink in wait station.
Little Cee’s Pizza, 2522 Krumbhaar St., (2 Critical, 1 Non-Critical) – Sliced ham and turkey in sandwich prep cooler were found at 45-48 degrees, must be 41 degrees or below; can opener blade was found with dried food debris.
