Establishment inspections for Nov. 5 to Nov. 9:

Jade Garden, 3375 S. 3rd Place, (3 Criticals, 5 Non-Criticals), Egg Drop, Hot and Sour Soup, and cooked rice found at 97-113 degrees; Garlic and oil mixture, egg mixture, breaded shrimp, pork, and chicken found at 72-52 degrees; Soda nozzles and wonder wand found with black debris.

Kroger, 2140 Fort Harrison, (2 Criticals, 1 Non-Critical), Cheese and lunchmeat in open faced cooler were found at 53-55 degrees, sanitizer water in a three bay sink was found at below the proper concentration.

Pizza Hut of North Terre Haute, 2001 Lafayette Ave., (2 Critical, 3 Non-Criticals), Can opener, thin crust pizza pans, and ice machine observed with accumulation of food debris and mold; Fruit flies observed around utensil shelf and dishwasher in back of kitchen.

Steak N Shake, 2900 S. 3rd St., (2 Critical, 5 Non-Criticals), Dipper, knife, and can opener observed with accumulation of dried food debris; Spray bottle of cleaner directly over ice scoop and bucket of sanitizer beside an open bin of raw hamburger.

TGI Friday’s, 3401 S. U.S. 41, (1 Critical, 2 Non-Critical), Stainless steel pans on rack observed with food debris.

Riley Food Mart, 7694 E. First Drive, (1 Critical, 2 Non-Critical), Observed employee washing tomatoes at handwash sink.

Hilton Garden Inn, 750 Wabash Ave., (1 Critical, 0 Non-Critical), Raw beef in container sitting on top of refried bean mixture.

Dairy Queen, 1331 N. 13th St., (0 Critical, 1 Non-Critical)
