Well, we have one holiday over. Hope everyone had a great and safe Thanksgiving. Now the big one is coming. We are always trying to think of something different for each year. This recipe came from my neighbor and friend, Reta Bumpus. She sees a recipe she likes and wants to try but won’t — she brings it to me. She brought a box this last spring. I went through it and this was one of them. I’m not much of a tea person but a lot of you are. But try this one, I even enjoyed it.
It is a mix, so you store and use when needed. Thanks Reta.
Friendship Tea
2-1/2 cups powdered orange drink
1-3/4 cups powdered instant tea
2 to 2-1/2 cups sugar
1 package lemonade mix
1-1/2 teaspoons cloves
1-1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
• Mix all together and store in sealed jars.
Note: Can use sugar-free orange drink, sweetener and lemonade.
