Fortune China Buffet, 8 Plaza North Shopping Center, (3 Critical, 2 Non-Critical) – Employee handling lettuce for salad with bare hands; raw fish stored over cream cheese, raw ground meat over tofu, raw chicken stored on top of raw onions; large metal bowls stacked upside down were observed with food debris.

Third St., (3 Critical, 0 Non-Critical) – Ham, turkey, and cheese on prep table found at 52-55 degrees, should be 41 degrees or below; cooked chicken, chili meat, potatoes in warmer drawer not marked with time of disposal, no time mark on raw hamburger; multiple flies and fruit flies observed in establishment.
