Establishment inspections Sept. 22-26:

Arby’s No. 7082, 2155 Lafayette Ave., (2 Critical, 4 Non-Critical) — Soda nozzles in drive-thru and lobby found with black debris; mesh trays used to cook bacon and for hot holding food found with burnt on grease/food.

Wendy’s, 229 S. 3rd St., (2 Critical, 2 Non-Critical) — Observed several gnats behind front counter; shredded cheese found at 58 degrees, should be 41 degrees or less.

Hilton Garden Inn, 750 Wabash Ave., (2 Critical, 1 Non-Critical) — Sausage, hash brisket and cooked peppers and onions all held past date of consumption (discarded); dishroom handwash sink found with ice in it and handwash sink by grill found with a pan on it.

Sunmart, 408 S. 7th St., (2 Critical, 0 Non-Critical) — Several items throughout store not labeled; gourmet beverage machine found with accumulated debris in the mixing funnel.

Exotic Thai, 1295 S. 3rd St., (1 Critical, 4 Non-Critical) — Dented cans of food observed in storage room.

The Sports Pub, 1200 Poplar St., (1 Critical, 4 Non-Critical) — 3-bay sink faucet leaking and back room handwash sink drain leaking.

Navarro’s, 8000 S. Education Dr., (1 Critical, 2 Non-Critical) — No certified food handler on staff.

Subway, 3520 S. U.S. Hwy. 41, (1 Critical, 2 Non-Critical) — Observed accumulated black debris on soda fountain nozzles.

Saratoga/Azar’s Catering, 431 Wabash Ave., (1 Critical, 1 Non-Critical) — Cole slaw and cottage cheese in toppings cooler found at 51-56 degrees.
