Establishment inspections for July 23 through July 27:
Cheeseburger in Paradise No. 5505, 3830 S. U.S. 41, (3 Critical, 2 Non-Critical) – Found garlic in oil, shrimp and individual portions of cooked pork at 49-106 degrees, should be 41 degrees or less; observed accumulated black debris on bar wonder wand nozzles, and found dirty dishes stored with clean dishes; observed dirty handwash sinks in kitchen.
Casey’s General Store, 3266 N. 25th St., (2 Critical, 1 Non-Critical) – Observed pink and black debris inside of ice machine; no certified food handler on staff.
The Meadows Theatre, Meadows Plaza No. 1, (1 Critical, 4 Non-Critical) – Soda fountain nozzles observed with mold.
Country Club of Terre Haute, 57 Allendale, (1 Critical, 2 Non-Critical) – Mold observed on chute inside ice machine.
Magic Wok, 3401 S. U.S. 41, (0 Critical, 4 Non-Critical)
Cajun Café, 3401 S. U.S. 41 A-12, (0 Critical, 4 Non-Critical)

The food recall was handled by the entire office with numerous calls and visits to establishments to verify Castleberry Products had been removed from shelves and disposed.
