Establishment inspections for July 16 July 20:

Tumbleweed Southwest Grill, 2433 S. Third St., (5 Critical, 10 Non-Critical) – Found shredded cheese and egg rolls at 53 degrees, should be 41 degrees or below; found several dirty dishes throughout kitchen; observed accumulated black debris on soda nozzles in bar area and waitress station and inside of ice machine; observed boxes in handwash sink in bar area; found several spray bottles containing sanitizer not labeled.

Domino’s Pizza, 4408 S. Seventh St., (3 Critical, 0 Non-Critical) – Observed food debris in handwash sink; observed black debris on spray nozzle at 3-bay sink; found several gnats by 3-bay sink and mop sink.

Jiffy Mini-Mart No. 609, 1140 N. Fruitridge Ave., (2 Critical, 1 Non-Critical) – No proof of certified food handler on premises; mold observed on chute inside ice machine.

Real Hacienda, 2141 S. State Road 46, (1 Critical, 3 Non-Critical) – Observed employee rinsing rag out in front handwash sink; found fryer baskets on handwash sink in back of kitchen.

Sycamore Manor, 222 S. 25th St., (1 Critical, 2 Non-Critical) – Observed dirty knife on knife rack, onion cutter and griddle found with debris.

Garfield’s Restaurant & Pub, 3401 S. U.S. 41, Suite D-7, (1 Critical, 1 Non-Critical) – Found turkey lunch meat and cooked rice 58-61 degrees, should be 41 degrees or below.
