Tried 'n' True: Chicken Broccoli Bake fast and easy for on-the-go generation

Last week I had a recipe for lemon cheesecake from Alice Kemp. Well, this week this recipe comes from her granddaughter, Sue Kemp Giullemelte. It is a very good recipe and so simple. With our younger generation working all the time, they go home to fix a bite to eat, then they are off again to take the kids here or there or to an evening meeting. This is simple. Fix a salad and you have a great meal.
Creamy Chicken Broccoli Bake
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
1 10-ounce package broccoli
1-1/2 cups uncooked Minute Rice
1-1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup Miracle Whip
1/2 pound Velveeta cheese, cubed
• Spray a 9 by 13 inch pan.
• Mix all ingredients together.
• Preheat oven to 375 degrees and bake 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked and cheese is melted and bubbly.
