Fourth St., (3 Critical, 4 Non-Critical) – Observed breading with clumps at room temperature, should be 41 degrees or below or sifted every four hours; found kidney bean salad, pasta salad, pea salad and coleslaw not marked with date of consumption; observed pitcher and scoop in hand-wash sink.
Lone Star Steakhouse & Saloon, 3060 S. U.S. 41, (3 Critical, 3 Non-Critical) – Shredded cheese in cooler by grill at 49-53 degrees, should be 41 degrees or below (discarded); accumulated debris found on tongs stored with clean dishes; observed accumulated black debris on soda nozzles in bar area.
Kroger J-981, 2650 Wabash Ave., (3 Critical, 3 Non-Critical) – Individual cheesecakes in display cooler at 51 degrees, should be 41 degrees or below; sliced ham hanging in island cooler in deli area at 52-60 degrees, should be 41 degrees or below; sheet pans in bakery observed with accumulated burnt-on debris.
