Fortune China Buffet, 8 Plaza North Shopping Center, (9 Critical, 9 Non-Critical) – Unable to demonstrate proper warewashing setup; observed employee not using soap while washing hands; found cooked crab rangoon, chicken, beef 96-122 degrees, should be 135 degrees or above; food found sitting out in kitchen, garlic in oil, crab rangoon filling, raw chicken, cooked lo mein, eggs, cut mushrooms 51-80 degrees, should be 41 degrees or below; in prep cooler found eggs, noodles, pork wontons, raw pork 57-70 degrees, should be 41 degrees or below (discarded) and watermelon on buffet 64 degrees; no sanitizer measured in dishwasher; observed accumulated black debris on soda fountain nozzles; stainless steel pans found greasy, large stainless steel bowls unclean, drill mixer component found with food debris; observed several flies throughout kitchen.
Graffiti’s, 1616 N. 13th St., (6 Critical, 13 Non-Critical) – Chicken and fish breading found at room temperature, needs to be kept cold or thrown away every four hours with documentation; foods in refrigerator found at 60 degrees, should be 41 degrees or less; baked potatoes, chili, pasta, etc., not marked with date of consumption; no consumer warning noted on menu; handwash sink in bar drips constantly; evidence of roaches and presence of mouse droppings.
Golden Dragon, 4676 S. U.S. 41, (5 Critical, 5 Non-Critical) – Breading found with meat clumps at room temperature, should be 41 degrees or below; observed raw beef and chicken in prep cooler 58-60 degrees and garlic in oil at 70 degrees, should be 41 degrees or below; food at buffet not marked with time to discard; found dirty stainless steel pans throughout establishment, meat fork found with old rice debris, and pink debris inside of ice machine; observed stainless steel pan on top of handwash sink in kitchen.
M. Moggers Brewery, 908 Poplar St., (3 Critical, 3 Non-Critical) – Chicken in bottom of salad cooler and pasta in grill cooler at 50 degrees, should be 41 degrees or below; cooked pork chops, turkey in gravy, cups of barbecue, broccoli and cheese soup, corned beef not marked with date of consumption; inside of ice machine observed with mold, sheet pans observed with accumulated burnt debris.

Asani’s Chicago Style, 428 Wabash Ave., (1 Critical, 1 Non-Critical) – Observed several kinds of lunch meat, chicken and tuna salad in sandwich prep cooler at 57-66 degrees, should be 41 degrees or below.
