Purdue Extension, Vermillion County will offer a Master Food Preservers class on July 18 in Cayuga Christian Church, 406 S. Logan St., Cayuga.
The cost to attend is $50. Class size is limited to eight.
The class is designed for anyone who sells food to the public that they have preserved at home (home canning).
Participants will be asked to bring their own canners, jars, lids and rings. Food to preserve will be provided. The class runs from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Participants are encouraged to bring a sack lunch.
