State Road 46, (4 Critical, 3 Non-Critical) — Liquid egg found at 74 degrees, should be 41 degrees or below; Cheese at prep line not time marked; found black debris inside of ice machine and accumulated grease on food warmer racks; observed employee dump drink into handwash sink.

Marathon, 301 S. Third St., (3 Critical, 1 Non-Critical) — Observed black debris on soda fountain nozzles; observed accumulated debris inside of popcorn machine; observed employee rinsing coffee pots out in handwash sink.

Jiffy Mini-Mart, 501 S. Third St., (3 Critical, 1 Non-Critical) — Sandwiches in warmer at 90 degrees should be 135 degrees or above; brown residue in handwash sink; observed black debris on soda fountain nozzles.

Real Hacienda, 3728 Wabash Ave., (2 Critical, 2 Non-Critical) — Mounted can opener observed with food debris; establishment observed with no hot water — corrected.
