Pizza Hut Delivery, 1301 Wabash Ave., (2 Critical, 1 Non-Critical) – Stainless steel pans and plastic containers of utensils observed with food debris; bucket of sanitizer connected to dishwasher empty.

Kentucky Fried Chicken, 2525 Wabash Ave., (1 Critical, 4 Non-Critical) – Pink substance observed on chute inside ice machine.

Jiffy Mini-Mart No. 520, 1900 Margaret Ave., (1 Critical, 2 Non-Critical) – Coffee pots observed in handwash sink, soda bottles observed on back handwash sink.

Exotic Thai, 1295 S. Third St., (1 Critical, 2 Non-Critical) – Found old food debris on vegetable slicers and knives.

Drury Inn, 3040 S. U.S. 41, (1 Critical, 0 Non-Critical) – Found sausage at breakfast bar at 114 degrees, should be 135 degrees or above.
