MCL Cafeteria, 3 Meadows Lane, (4 Critical, 1 Non-Critical) – Observed half of roast beef in holding unit at 117 degrees, should be 135 degrees or above; no sanitizer measured in wiping cloth buckets at buffet; found accumulated pink debris inside of ice machine; observed wiping cloths in handwash sink in take-out area.
